Our website and the Service are hosted on the Wix.com platform, which may set its own cookies for infrastructure and security purposes. Additionally, certain third-party services integrated into our website may set cookies on your device:

Wix.com: Platform hosting, security, session management, and analytics. Wix may set cookies required for the proper functioning of the website and for aggregated analytics. Details of Wix’s cookie usage are available in the Wix Cookie Policy (www.wix.com/about/cookie-policy).

Google Maps: If our website or Service uses embedded Google Maps functionality (e.g., for site pinning), Google may set cookies for map rendering and usage analytics. Details are available in Google’s Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Google Analytics (if enabled): If analytics tracking is enabled on our marketing website, Google Analytics may collect anonymized usage data using cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We do not permit any third party to use cookies on our website for advertising, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking purposes.

5. Cookies Within the SaaS Application

When you are logged into the Construction Wise Limited platform (the Service), the following cookies and similar technologies are used:

Session and authentication cookies: These are strictly necessary for maintaining your authenticated session, enforcing ABAC permissions, and preventing cross-site request forgery (CSRF). They expire when you log out or after a period of inactivity.

Local storage for offline resilience: The Service uses browser local storage to enable offline ticket submission and auto-save drafting functionality. This data is stored locally on your device and is synchronized with the Service when connectivity is restored. This local storage is essential for the Service to function as intended and does not require separate cookie consent.

No analytics, marketing, or third-party tracking cookies are set within the authenticated SaaS application environment.
